Confidentiality Agreement and Privacy Policy
This agreement is between _______________________________dba____________________________________referred as " The client"
and Marcelle Jenny Rosbury or Francois T. Rosbury dba Right Track Bookkeeping Solutions,referred as " The Provider".
The Client will provide information, confidentials and commercials, pertaining to conducting his business ________________________
to the Provider for the purpose of outsourcing his bookkeeping, payroll, tax and financial reports.
The Provider, for agreed monetary compenssation, will organize, report and post transactions, issue documents to be signed by the
Client, from paychecks to tax filing, and do the necessary work to keep the client and his business in compliance with financial and taxes
regulations
All information and documents provided will be kept in confidence and will be used for the only purpose of this agreement.
In the process of filing your taxes, information regarding your dependents will be kept in the same trust as your own.
Information will not be disclosed to a third party, except by "IN WRITING REQUEST" by the Client.
